Thank goodness it got that way in a fire. When I first looked at the photo I thought it had caught diesel pox or something! Still, a sad ending.

Reminds me of a friend's '56 Chevy station wagon, which he had just finished restoring, that was in a body shop burned to the ground by a jealous body shop owner from down the road..
