Blaze, I would estimate it was around 2002 that the Union Pacific made its final grain run to Elberta, although corrections are welcome. The UP made the LDS church and offer to pay for the trucking of the grain to the elevator site, rather than maintain 20 miles of marginal trackage from Spanish Fork to Elberta.
