Awesome catch! It seems whenever I visit my home state of ohio I more often see spartan cabs leading on the main line, when i'm used to seeing nothing but a steady diet of GEVO's and an ocasional SD70 on the A line through North Carolina. I know that the cab signal requierments on the RF&P have alot to do with the newer power on the A line but it's nice to see an old beat up SD50 or one sporting new paint like you caught here. Although even on the Northern main lines it's becoming more and more rare...
