Wow, what a wreck! But did they run out paint?

The locals out here in Glendale, Az have this same red paint, what is the signifigance of this paint, i dont see any other railroads using this paint.

That unit did get a full H2 repaint, I've seen it many times. Looks like its had more front end damage more recently with the primer repairs.

I couldn't find any info on the nose job it has had, but I thought it was pretty cool that they rebuilt it after the fire damage it sustained.
