Posted by Jeff Swanson on July 30, 2013  If it was up to the "United States-based" Class One roads, this would have been a "rails-to-trails" right of way by now. Ballast trains are a positive sign of the future on a railroad. So thanks CN and thanks for posting too Chuck.
