Sadly, these units were,in effect, "GP16-2s". They had the -2 electrical cabinet but were only rated at 1600 HP. The usual SCL quality of the day. I don't know if these had 567Cs but I seem to remember seeing the round access covers.

The GP 10 / GP 11 Paducah rebuild program is the reason I fell in love with railroading. As a young boy there was something compelling with these units with the horst air filters, square cabs and frog eyes (on some of the units) that caught my attention. I lived near the IC tracks in Litchfield IL and couldn't wait to see the next new rebuild roll by. Thanks for posting this pic.
