I think this might be BNSF 4323 that was wrecked in Kansas earlier in the year. There is a picture in the derailment section.

I agree. there are several photos of the massive derailment in Kansas. This locomotive is shown clearly in one of the photos. 4323 on the cab of the Engineer's side.
