What a neat train. What is between the second locomotive and the first ore car? Are those sunshades on the DPU or are they used only while the cab is unoccupied? The ghost of the old ROW is a nice touch to the picture also. Good job!

Is the "B" unit a Radio Receiver car like back in the old Santa Fe days? and...What is the second car behind the lead units? Very nice picture.

Haven't seen to many shots like that from down under! Nicely captured!

Hi KJ Larson, The first two wagons behind the two lead loco's are the inline refueling wagon and the crew car. Due to the distances traveled, these train take extra fuel with them and they also take an extra crew so they can change out on the track.

Hi Randy Murphy, The two wagons behind the front two units are extra fuel and then a crew van for an second crew to travel with the train.

Many thanks Mitch for the kind comments.
