Great shot of a great train on a route that is no longer possible to ride! (Amtrak's study for resumption of the North Coast Hiawatha service has the train going over Mullan Pass instead - still a great route & would be nice if they did restore the service). PCA vote from me.

This pic brings back memories. In 2003 I had the pleasure of taking the Montana Daylight tour train from Sandpoint to Livingston on the Ex-NP line, except our train went over Mullan Pass. Thanks for posting. Hiawatha Pete. Northamericabyrail.info
