Oh yeah. Clearly obvious that those are dummy trucks and the doors are bolted shut, as advised by the even more obvious stickers that we can not read!

Stickers, yes, but they don't look like dummy trucks to me.

Looks like the side steps were replaced and damaged parts on the trucks were fixed also.

Those are the original trucks with dummy axles.
