I wish someone would de-Alaska these things, adding a normal front pilot and stepwells more suitable for switching

Give about $50,000 per unit to rebuild the pilot/anti-climber and remove the plow and I will make it happen! Alaska Railroad did a rather intensive build to add these plows and will not be easily removed.
