Intended 'personality'? Or graffiti?

This is unusual. Christian, can you explain why the engine -- clearly not one of Thomas's friends -- has a face?

Do you think the trespassers will get afraid?

Be afraid, very afraid!

Hi Those asymmetric Vossloh G2000 must be the ugliest loco ever built. Beating even the GE Locos in the UK. Felix

Hope this loco is one of a kind, and not the start of a trend!

Looks like they meant for that mmi16

The signals almost look like they are trying to imitate the engine.

I believe it's graffiti. However, this one is official livery: http://www.zelpage.cz/news_n/740-705-9_olomouc_28-08-07_c.jpg

Crazy as it sounds, if US railroads wanted to generate some good P.R. with the public and make getting stopped at a grade crossing fun (for the non-railfan public) I'd say slap some faces (from whimsical to serious) on the front of some safety cabs and make it a publicity event. It could almost be a game … "Have you seen them all?"

I love it! A unit with personality and still nowhere near as ugly as that passenger train thing running in our Pacific Northwest. More "faces".

Paint matches the locomotive - ugly boxy piece of crap.

If that's graffiti, it's very good. Heck, if I were the company owner, I'd want to make that our new paint scheme. Talk about recognizable.
