Reminds me of one that used to protect the turn from a Grocery store in Flint, Ohio - north of Columbus, Ohio - that was still in use up 'till two years ago now. NS came in a took it away. There is still one with BOTH "No Right Turn" and "No Left Turn" (one above the other) with a red flashing light still active at the parking lot of the Ex-B&O Station, Ex-Amtrak Station in Fostoria, Ohio guarding both the CSX and NS lines.

There was one in Sandusky, Ohio that said "No Left Turn". But they eliminated it I believe.

There are similar signals along PA-61 north of Shamokin on the ex-PRR line now operated by North Shore. I'll snap a picture if I'm down there.
