At first when I saw this thumbnail, I thought it was from our prolific Wasatch Range photographer from the SLC area, Mr. James Belmont. Very nicely done.

Very nice photo. I am very familiar with that location. It is where US highway 6 and the former D&RGW main line diverge from their original routs to go around the Thistle landslide that blocked the Spanish Fork River in the early 1980's. This is the route of the former Rio Grande Zephyr. I much perfer D&RGW marking on trains in this location, but now the trains that run this track are UP and BNSF.
