These U boats aren't long for this world. I always loved these trains when I lived in Vidalia, and it's sad to see that G&W isn't keeping them around. Though, maybe it's for the best. GC seemed to be on its last legs right before G&W purchased it, and now from what I can see, they've put a bit of life back into the old line. I know, for the longest time the connection with the HOG railway was disused, but looking at photos here, it seems they've finally gotten around to fixing whatever issue had caused that temporary abandonment.
