In response to "Note the letters in russian and german language" by the author. :) This is advertising on the tram! There are many tram units in Ekaterinburg with commercial advertisement. 'Wienerberger' is the name of the company, that is, a subsidiary of Wienerberger AG in Russia, and its site name, respectively.
