Yes. UP is currently converting all of Echo Canyon/Evanston Subdivision into 2 track CTC/PTC controlled territory.

So sad to see the old signals come down. When I visited Echo for the first time in '76, there was a tall cantilever signal bridge right here, supporting ABS signal 9548.
