A very nice photo! I have not seen any ATSF PA-2 shots from this angle, catching the roof and nose instead of just the sides. I have always liked the aggressive lines of the PA-2's nose and cab, and the stretched War-Bonnet paint styling looks particularly good on them (even when dirty!).

Nice angle here. But it's a PA-1. Santa Fe did not acquire any PA-2 units.

Is it merely an optical illusion or is the top edge to bottom edge height of windshield glass a couple inches lower in middle than at outboard ends?
