I am wondering...i m coming back to spain next month of may...like every year since the economical situation obliged me to go to France in 2009.and i try always to take pictures of freight trains but i did not find a good station for that...i imagine you could know.....
i went also to fuencarral shops but they dropped me away badly and i search how to enter a renfe shop in Madrid...maybe you can know...
anyway maybe you can be also be interested in exchanging pictures..

Stations for take photos... There aren't many options, in Chamartín you can take photos from the platforms, in Atocha it's difficult. In Entrevías there are a lot of trains, but I think that there aren´t good places for take photos. Other station is Pitis, but there aren´t many interesting trains, principally Cercanías Renfe. And Renfe shops... I don't know, sorry.
