Those two tracks were the original L&N piggyback yard at Tilford.

Oh, cool. Do you know where the roadrailers CSX ran were handled once they got to Atlanta, by chance?

Hulsey yard. R210 and R211 the CSX ExpressRailers were generally short and Hulsey opened as the ATL intermodal facility during their short operating years. The L&N Tilford pig yard has only been frequented by junk RIP cars and the RBBX Circus Trains since the Fairburn intermodal facility opened to relieve some pressure at Hulsey.

Makes sense. I think Fairburn and Hulsey were both good ideas to relieve congestion. I know NS is trying to do similar things with Whitaker, Chamblee, Doraville, Industry Yard, Forest Park Yard, and South Yard all being relief for Inman, but it's pretty evident they don't have it together well.
