Sid Vaught - Actually yes, N&W J 611 will be steaming back to Roanoke pulling this tender on May 30th. See "fireup611.org" for details on that. It's not a dream, it's just a couple weeks away from reality!
I'm a bit confused why they say this is on it's way to St. Louis...that's the auxiliary water tender that was painted up for the N&W J611 which is currently located in Spencer, NC and doing main line test runs later this month.
