McHugh Bros was a heavy crane and rigging company - believe they transported a BA 707 to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia where it used to be on display. McHugh had an interesting freight and passenger operation going at the time including operation of the Shore Fast Line using some hand me down GE's from CR. They painted their locomotives and cranes green with yellow lettering and a red frame stripe. The blanked area on that Baldwin looks like it used to say "McHugh Bros."

That Baldwin was definitely Warner Sand and Gravel. I shot it on Warner's property years before. I also shot the McHugh-painted Baldwins, so I'm quite sure about this unit's lettering.
