Do you know, where exactly 4.0% grade is placed on this bridge?

On this bridge (Letzigraben), only the down grade towards Altstetten is 4.0 %. But from the underground tracks 31-34 up to ground level, it is 3.7 % grade. So 4.0% is n't correct.....

By the way, the allowed velocity over this bridge is 120 km/h, if all signals show green!
