TOM, NICE shot of a pretty rare locomotive, BUT I think you meant to say that its in WALKERSVILLE, MD, on the former PRR Frederick Branch. The railroaders here look almost as old as the Whitcomb itself.

IF I recall correctly, in its prior life #102 was the plant switcher at a coal-fired electric generating plant on the east side of Washington DC, which either closed or changed from using coal for fuel, eliminating the need to switch coal hoppers around.
