Sad end to an SD40, but providing new life as an organ donor to the unpainted unit on the right.

The unpainted unit could be of a GP38/40, which could mean NRE has plans for another Demo of some type. Also, it's always sad to see another SD40-2 find the end of hauling loads on the high rail.
