Are there any bed and breakfast inns there that have a good view (on their upper stories) of both of these subdivisions?

This shot is from a spot called Jefferson Heights. It's a fairly steep hike up from the C&O Canal tow path but only takes about 20 minutes. The view is incomparable. Great to catch two trains :)
