Looks neat from this angle. And I'm wondering about the purpose of those trapezoidal blocks. They bring to mind obstructions against tanks, but who would ever invade Switzerland. And I can't imagine even an old Churchill climbing that embankment other side of underpass.
Hmm, snow, wonder if the blocks have something to do with snow, or with ground stability.

No your first impression was right. Those blocks are typical for the 2WW fortifications agains Nazi Germany.
