Looked up official dimensions for the flag and they are given as ratios using the height of flag as 1. This one looks a little longer than the length given of 1.9 times height, but is that just a matter of perspective? The blue however, does look too narrow in relation to overall length of flag as standards give its length as 0.76 times height of flag; okay, so that's 0.75 blue to 1.9 overall, making it about 40% of overall length of flag assuming my math is correct and this one looks more like 25% of overall length which is termed the fly.
