Roger, Nice photo of the 502. It actually is still in existence at the Derby Shops Derby,Maine. It is being stored in the paint shop there. Not sure what will be its fate. Northern Maine Junction is actually located in Hermon, ME which as you said the shops are near Bangor which Hermon is.
