That looks like a derailment about to happen, it looks like pictures of railroads in the 19th century the track that is.

This section of track doesn't see any real moves much farther than you see the engine in this photo. Under the ownership of Patriot Rail, GNRR is doing tie replacement on the branch, some much needed tlc that's been needed for a long time, this former Georgia Marble Branch features some extremely tight curves which which can max out the radius of anything larger than a GP7, GP9, 18, 20. Georgia Marble used a ex Southern Railway SW1 and SW7 on this line. They were retired not long after GNRR purchased the railroad. The carrier's three GP38s are banned from running the branch. This branch also has very steep grades.

AFAIK, the SW1 was not ex-SOU, but purchased from EMD directly.
