Well, a lot of things have changed in the 20 years since this picture. However, I looked at this area on Google, and the street view of E 600, the street next to the tracks on the left. There is a clear shot of a "Property of D&RGW RR No Trespassing" sign. Surprising it has managed to survive all the years and changes.
