I just have to comment: Railfans legitimately try to enjoy their hobby and in many cases are extra sets of eyes for the benefit of the railroads and yet get 'harassed' by authorities. And freight car tagging can be somewhat rationalized by the locations in which they are parked (arguably open to some access). But locomotives should be in secure locations, and here is proof of tacit 'consent' by the same people who appear to turn a blind eye to obvious trespassing. A sad testament to a lack of railroad pride in this region.

Truly TRAGIC, Charles.

It's sad that there's no respect for anything or anyone anymore! Thank You Charles for posting.

I know its just paint, but this is one of the most extreme cases of railroad property defacement I have ever seen. "Welcome to the Jungle"

A matching trio - nice.

Not to mention the safety implications (grade crossings and the like) of all that tagging. Its like urban camouflage and the units seem blend right into the background.
