Wonderful photo, I love seeing NYC steam. Looking at google earth photos there does not seem to be a trace of this left.

Look at a Google aerial photo of Mackinaw City. Find the MACKINAC CROSSINGS MALL area. If you look below the caption for KILWIN'S CHOCOLATE FRANCHISE you'll see a black building with a bit of light in the window. This is where the depot was remodeled into a restaurant. The NYC right of way is now called N CENTRAL STATE TRAIL. If you follow it to the west you should come to the PETOSKEY TO MACKINAW TRAIL which was the PENNSY right of way. The bicyclists and hikers are happy, but we railfans are a bit saddened by the present situation.
