Just curious, Bill: These appear to be 737 fuselages, does anyone know the length of these fuselages? I guess that too tight a curve & the 737 could hit something track side. Great photo, Bill & thanks for sharing with us. PCA nominated.

Only six years late! Per modernairliners.com, the 737 in its original form was 94 feet long. It has grown over the years and now is available in a variation as long as 143 ft 8 inches. The Max 7 is 116' 8", Max 8 - 129' 8", Max 9 138' 4", and Max 10 - 143' 8".
Posted prices for a complete jet range between $89 and $122 (million), plus Boeing's assembly line depends on timely delivery, so running a special train for one or two makes sense. If the fuselage represents even 40% of the value it adds up! With the value of the cargo BNSF has considerable reason to make sure it is routed correctly.
