Posted by xBNSFer on September 17, 2017  There are just WAY too many empty buckets on NS and CSX intermodal trains running east into the northern NJ terminals. And they seem to love to put the empties up front, which has to be a train handling nightmare in the current "use only dynos whenever possible" braking rules.
