Looking at 2 books; General electric Industrial Locomotives 1924 - 1978 by O.M. Kerr; and, Critters, Dinkys & Centercabs by Jay Reed; that looks more like a 65 tonner than a 44 tonner. And remember, the 44 tonners did not have end walkways since hoods went to ends of frame. Body and frame style was also used on 80 tonner.
