Used daily by crews working out of the Humboldt Industrial Park. The WHFF crew uses it as a shoving platform in and out of the industrial park. The WHHB1 crew also uses it for the same while switching the park. Posted by Ellis Simon on March 16, 2018  Cool. I miss seeing cabooses at the end of freight trains.
