Posted by Troy Staten on May 23, 2018  Interesting train, I had no idea that there was any need for this type of train in Bromela CA. Posted by Nick George on May 23, 2018  Troy, they are for the Phillips 66 Refinery in Santa Maria. The cars are staged in a relatively new siding at Bromela.
