Can anybody tell me what I am looking at re. the track plan? Who runs round what in such a short loop? Or is there something missing from the photograph at the bottom right? It looks like a set of points (switch) to me.

This track must've been added fairly recently, because I can't find it anywhere on the lines around this facility on Google Maps.
