Posted by Sid Vaught on December 11, 2018  Just from my observations, but it appears CSX & NS are playing s shell game for this ‘PSR” charade. I’ll sell my locomotives, you sell yours. Then i’ll Lease your and you lease mine. Whatever gets the stock up next quarter is all that matters.
