How long ago was the Keystone Viaduct abandoned? Is it part of a bike trail system?

Yes, the old Western Maryland Viaduct is part of the Great Allegheny Passage, a 150 mile bike trail that runs from Point State Park in downtown Pittsburgh, PA to Cumberland, MD. It connects to the C+O Canal Trail that goes to Washington, DC. It's a beautiful trail to bike or hike. Take a look at: https://gaptrail.org/
