Case-and-point, the above photo - inspired by the BNSF paint scheme? I would say so! I've seen other foreign railroad photos that have Kansas City Southern "Southern Belle" inspired paint schemes, Conrail, and the old Erie Railroad paint scheme too. Good photo Simon. Posted by Simon Barber on June 6, 2019  Thank you Dana, I am not sure about the BNSF influence, though BHP rail in the north of the state had units in actual BNSF pumpkin orange, being diverted deliveries.
