Posted by Wendel Moran on October 11, 2019  Yes, it was the UP 578. It was donated to Bend, Oregon in 1971. When the City of Bend decided to get rid of it, the Great Western Railroad Museum acquired it. The car was moved to McCloud in the early 80s.
