Nice one, Doug.

Back in the era of line side towers or train order locations in remote areas, one would occasionally find the conductor on a passing cabin car to whom you were handing on orders would have a brown bag with a bacon and egg sandwich wrapped in foil inside, that he tossed off to you as the brakeman caught the orders. A welcomed maneuver as these examples of home (on the rails) cookin' were delicious.
