I looked on Google Maps and it is 4th street. In fact it looks like it's still used. There are customers south of Salina, with no other rail access.

I think you are correct. The line - last time I was there 8-9 years ago - still served a couple of southside Salina customers, but the track on to Lindsborg and McPherson had been pulled. When I first visited Salina (1981 or so) this line had just a daily-except-Sunday UP McPherson turn that comprised a B-B and a handful of cars. After the merger, MP added a pair of Wichita trains (UP and MP had merged, but were not yet 100% melded I guess) and ATSF added a pair of trains on rights, though I do not remember its other end point. The ATSF train was a big one, typically with four B-Bs. It all went away in just a few years.

Interesting to see the young lady(?) pacing the train. Probably would be met with a whole flock of worry and fret these days...
