I used to make quite a few deliveries and pick-ups at this location when I drove a truck until I recently retired. President's Island is west of I-55 and along the Mississippi River at the Arkansas State line. If you like to see trains, trucks, barges, storage tanks, and that sort of thing, then this is the place for you! Something's always on the move here. The photo above is the entrance to this complex. The train tracks run almost to the end of this island to big and small above ground storage tanks scattered about. Most of the time you can see railroad tank cars of every size and length.
