What or where is Keolis. What kind of testing ? Just curious. Sad fate for the toasters. I liked them ever
since I saw the original RC-4 locomotive tested on the Amtrak system.

Keolis operate public transportation systems worldwide. They will probably be refurbished/rebuilt and sent to an unknown system they currently run.

As Nigel said Keolis operates rail systems. However Keolis operates the MBTA Commuter Rail which has been looking at electrifying some of their lines as well as using electric equipment on the Providence Line.
