Beautiful equipment, and a beautiful locomotive. I would love to have the opportunity to operate one surviving example of this unique locomotive that EMD built. I wonder what will happen to these locomotives now that the S&NC is "defunct"? I hope they find a new and loving home to keep their wheels rolling and get the exercise they need, and not end up as razor blades and other items from meeting a scrappers torch.
