Looking at all those shifted ties made me think this was Milwaukee Road track. ( Sorry, Tom Farence 😁) I was only 8 years old when the Milwaukee left the West in 1980. I can still remember walking the section of the Chehalis Sub that ran by our home near Roy, WA. There were alot of excessively gapped ties, shifted ties and even gaps in the rail joints. Still the fondest memories of my youth.
