I used to go dove hunting in the Y when I was growing up. The Y is still mostly there today, with the eastern end still being used by the Lycoming Valley Railroad out of the Newberry Yard. The western edge of the Y is pulled up. The LVRR has 1 or 2 river crossings a week onto the NS Buffalo Line in Nesbit.
